I saw these on alibaba.com a few months ago and was glad to see them sold here on Amazon.
I was holding out, not wanting to try the RoadPro kettles due to the plastic-ness of them and the poor reviews.
Well, let me tell you, this thing is absolutely perfect. It lets you set the specific temperature, it heats very quickly (boils 12oz in ~15m) and is a pleasure to deal with. Double-walled stainless steel? Amazing.
I hope the company sells individual bases so I can keep one at work (with a 120V to 12V step-down transformer).
Otherwise, the only other suggestion would be to make one that’s maybe twice the size? Otherwise, this works perfectly for two people and could work with 4 people.
In summary, I would buy this again and recommend to anyone. I will be buying another myself. This is simply the best 12V electric kettle on the market.
Also, the seller was very fast, friendly and the shipping took 90% less time than Amazon expected (shipping from China).

I would recommend this product. Seller was very professional when handling any issues. I was provided with help that I’ve never encountered with any sellers before. This item is durable and heats up at a preferred degree. You get what you pay for. I recommend using 80 watts because it can over heat. Otherwise, I’m enjoying this product like no other that would serve me the same. I would rate this more of a 10 star!

This is the second Kettle that I bought. I haven’t had any problems with either one. It heats water fast and I like the fact that it beeps to let you know that the water is heated to the degree that you set. I’ve bought other systems but this one works the best by far. The exterior is cool to the touch when done.
